Description
Our range of commercial grease traps and interceptors are important for any business that produces trade waste. New regulations came into force making it compulsory to fit a grease management system into any business that produces trade waste.
Grease traps work by separating the oil, fat and grease from the water before it enters the drains. This ensures that no build up of grease and fat clogs your drains and the sewer system.
This trap is designed to be compact and efficient and is ideal for large venues with 100-150 covers. It is easy to fit to both new an existing plumbing and will fit on the bottom shelf , under the bowl of most sinks. It has a 105ltr per minute flow rate and will collect up to 20kg of grease/oil before needing to be emptied.
This is designed to be fitted close to the sink or pot wash area within the commercial kitchen but can also be installed further along the drainage run if necessary.
Once fitted, grease traps need little maintenance and require no chemicals. All you need to do is empty the trap using the valve included and clean give it a wipe inside, we would recommend adding this task to your cleaning schedule.
