1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Website Up Time
1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

Exclusion of liability
1.14 We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this website.
(a) We do not except liabilities of any loses incurred from a trades person due to delayed delivery/damaged items or faulty items. In the unlikely event that you may receive a faulty/damaged item, you are required to inform us in 24 hours of delivery and our customer service team will organise a replacement.
1.15 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.
Shipping
1.16 The delivery time will be stated on each product page due to our products having different delivery timescales.
(a) We shall deliver the order to the address set out on the order and the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has be despatched.
(b) All goods will need to be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon delivery of the item. Any damages to the goods will need to be reported to us via customerservice@cateringtaps.com with an image of the damage. This will need to be done within 24 hours of delivery taking place. We will not accept any liability for damage of the goods or be required to provide a replacement if the customer fails to notify us within the 24 hour timeframe.
(c) If any items delivered are not working,delivery is incomplete or incorrect item is delivered, then customers are required to notify us via email on customerservice@cateringtaps.com within 7 days of delivery. We will not accept any liability for not working or incomplete goods if the customer fails to notify us within the 7 day timeframe.
(d) All delivery dates stated on our website are approximate dates only and the timeframe of delivery is may differ due to situations out of our control. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods.
1.17 The 1st delivery attempt for all orders over £50 including VAT is free. Any failed deliveries due to the customer not being at the delivery address or providing the incorrect delivery address will be subject to a redelivery charge.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
1.18 All customers have the right to cancel their order if they change their mind, this is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
(a) Once the order has been despatched from our warehouse, the returns policy applies. This includes any order cancelled by the buyer after despatch and the 25% restocking fee of the invoice value will be applied without any exception.
1.19 All transactions are considered business to business and therefore do not fall under the consumer contracts regulation. We offer a 7 day returns window from day of delivery on all our products which incurs a 25% restocking fee. If is the buyers responsibility to return the product to our UK based warehouse in an unused condition and undamaged condition.
1.20 To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
1.21 If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
1.22 We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
1.23 Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 7 days of your cancellation minus our standard 25% restocking fee.
1.24 You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply after 7 working days.
1.25 In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:
(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
(b) Do not return the goods in the original packaging.
Warranty
1.26 All products order from out cateringtaps.com website benefit from a 12 month parts only warranty period from date of delivery.
(a) We will at our choice, repair, replace or refund the faulty goods.
(b) The warranty period will be void is the customer attempts to repair or alter the goods without any written concept from ourselves or the manufacturer.
(c) We have no responsibility to and accept the liability for any loss of earnings, profit and/or any consequential loss suffered by the Customer as a result of the Goods failure to be operational.
(d) We will not liable for the goods failure as the result of wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence or abnormal storage .
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
