How long will delivery take?

All orders placed before 3pm will be sent out for next working day delivery.

Do you carry spare parts?

We keep stock of all the spare parts for our entire range.

How is the warranty?

We supply a 12 month parts warranty on all our products. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with the product please send us an email or give us a call.

We will email a VAT invoice once the order has been dispatched.

What paperwork will arrive with the product?

We are careful not to send out any information with the product that displays the price you paid for it as we understand that you may be supplying your customer with this item and using us to drop ship it.
